The building arcs gently across the landscape, following the contours of the land and framing the views to the sea. A pair of curved rammed earth walls acts as a solid, central spine from which smaller volumes radiate, creating various in between spaces and providing shelter and intimacy against the rugged coastal environment. Polished concrete flooring with hydronic heating cast within the floor structures provides warmth during cooler months. The elevated master bedroom and featured swimming pool are enhanced by dramatic views across Western Port.
